
Can anyone recommend a turmeric recipe that that work quickly for inflammation?I’ve taken fresh turmeric, powdered before, but neither form works well for my inflammation when the turmeric is taken alone (or in a juice, instance).Then, I started cooking curry chicken and I noticed my symptoms improve. I believe it’s because turmeric is fat soluble and I cook the curry with olive oil...I know that golden milk is a popular turmeric recipe however, I don’t tolerate dairy well.
